Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

- Middle East & Asia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. YUNERI is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
